       EPRI Inspections team incorporates reliable, highly qualified personnel of various disciplines including; Engineers, Geologists, and Chemists. All received training and practice in both field and laboratory work required for the inspection and quality Surveillance of materials, equipment and work performed by subcontractors. In addition to supervising and auditing, on site, standard tests, further testing may be conducted, upon client`s request, on samples professionally selected by the team, at EPRI central laboratories in Cairo.

          EPRI  has established a specialized technical section" OIL Field Development Technology Centre" to provide services in the field of Consultancy, Inspection and Quality Control during the installation offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects including submarine pipelines, Land portions pipelines, platform, steel structures and separation plants… etc.

 

 

 

 

Laboratory& Field Activities:

 

a-  Concrete Coating:

 

  • Onshore crossing pipelines.
  • Offshore Marine pipelines.
  • Anticorrosion coating by Coal-tar enamel polyethylene and polypropylene.
  • Cathodic protection system
  • Impressed current (Onshore).
  • Bracelet Anode.(Offshore).       


 b- Painting:


  • Inspection team received training courses in the following:
  • urface preparation.
  • Painting application.
  • Painting cycles.
